Hello Beautiful!
I hope you are doing well and that you are taking the time YOU need to recuperate and nurture yourself after the holidays. I thought I’d be resting more than I did and still felt tired when they were over. At first I tried to force myself back into work mode but that didn’t feel right at all. So I let go. And only did what was really important. I’ve been enjoying meeting new and old clients and whenever I wasn’t doing readings or coaching I would read books in bed and drink tea. The weather here in the south of France has been so grey and we’ve had insane amounts of rain. It feels like being in the south of Sweden ; ). So I’ve been taking it easy and allowed myself to take it slow. This month doesn’t feel like a “normal” January (if there is such a thing ; ) so I’m staying as present as I can with this non doing. I must admit that this is not my strong point… I love action and creating so taking it slow is pretty uncomfortable. So I sit with this discomfort and sink into it. And I am learning to let go and surrender to what IS in this moment.

In the last couple of months I have received so many questions about how to connect with spirit guides that I wanted to let you know that I am working on future workshop both live and online. Yes, I’ve been brainstorming today about how to put together a gorgeous online workshop with a dear friend and awesome intuitive teacher so watch this space over the coming weeks. We are both SO excited about this and the timing is PERFECT (as always ; ). If you would like me to come and teach in your city/country I would love to hear from you as I’m putting together my schedule for the first half of the year now.
