The first time I went to the powerful and magical sacred site Montségur I was blown away.
This is the last stronghold of the Cathars during the crusades and you can feel the love and wisdom still present here. I expected to feel a lot of pain and suffering in this place but what I felt was BEYOND all the stories and history.
I felt the power of faith, purpose and something greater than us. I KNEW in my bones that nothing can take away our love and devotion. It’s worth EVERYTHING. No matter what happens to our bodies, our sacred books and anything material what lasts are the things that are eternal and beyond physical reality.
Love, faith and purpose not only last forever but they leave an imprint where we practice and on our sacred sites. Our love and prayers leave an eternal legacy for the future. This is what I wish to share with you in this guided meditation. I hope you’ll love it.

Walking barefoot up the sacred, ancient path up to the Montségur mountain and castle in Occitanie.
