Hello Dearest,
I don’t know about you but I’ve been feeling pretty unhealthy lately. I’ve been eating lots of sugar and drinking way too much coffee. Instead of spending time outside in the sunshine I’ve been working long hours on my computer.
I was just thinking the other day that it would be great to cut out some of the food that makes me feel slow and bloated and add more raw food, full of energy. The ever-so-inspiring Leonie has created a 21 days long program that combines healthy menus, meditation and exercise and this time I am joining her and the Goddess Tribe.
