I know life can be really intense and full on (hello, Mercury Retrograde and lots of eclipses!) but your happiness and inner state of being is so important. This week has been such a crazy one for me and I kept checking in with my body and taking breaks to just BE. I hope you are being kind and gentle with yourself, dear soul.
You have the power to create a life that truly nourishes your mind, body and soul. This is possible for all of you but you need to find your own way of doing it. Only you can know what is right and in alignment with your highest good and purpose here on this Earth.
