I’m Karina Ladet and I’m your guide on this journey. I’m also a Channel, Healer and Mentor for intuitive and creative women who want to create a better world for all. Curating intimate group experiences that will feed your heart and soul (way past our time together) is my superpower.
Since I started my soulful business in 2012 I have created retreats and workshops in Sweden, Belgium, Morocco, Australia and here in France, co-created 4 hugely successful live European events and created several (very powerful and loved) signature programs and memberships both in English and in French.
I am here to support soulful women to let go of what’s holding them back so they can embrace their purpose and bring their big (and small) dreams into reality. Because I believe that you are worthy of your deepest desires.
One of my mantras in life is “fromage et dessert”. This means cheese AND dessert in French and means that I am not willing to sacrifice joy and freedom OR following my soul’s calling. I want both. You too?
I have channelled guidance and healing energies from my spirit team and held loving space for throusands of people all over the world, both online and IRL, for over 20 years.
I’m a funny mix of down to earth star seed with a wicked sense of humour. I love people and can often be seen hugging strangers. Originally from Sweden, I now live in a hippie village in the south of France with my French husband and our two children.

I’ve been exploring sacred (inner and outer) places and powerful energies my whole life. I have let my heart and soul guide me to new countries, jobs and people. Hi, Olivier (my husband) who I met in Sweden and moved to France with after being together for 5 weeks! I just knew.
This online journey came to me in such a powerful way. I asked my spirit team to guide me to my next creation and I instantly received the outline for this offer. The energy was so powerful, clear and radiant. When I connected to this journey (with you!) I felt so joyful and excited. OK, also a bit freaked out ;).
