The New Moon is here and with all the energies swirling around right now I felt guided to gather with my soul sisters to honour this time and to lean into each other for support. There is so much fear, pain, anger and grief washing over us in waves. How do we stay clear and with open hearts during times like these?

When you give yourself permission to release, heal and embrace all of who you are – miracles happen. When you embrace who you are and connect with All That Is you are inspiring others to do so too.
As we drummed and sang together around the fire I could feel how we all relaxed and went deeper inside. Letting go. Releasing what was. Opening our hearts wider to call in our desires. Together we heal. Together we RISE.
Your light is needed. Your unique essence is a part of this world and we long to see you express it fully. So dance, dear sister! Sing, drum and let life light you up from inside and out.
