Dear friend,
It’s been a pretty intense week and I know that many of you have struggled to keep your head above water. So many emotions swirling around and so much releasing. I thought I’d be calling in lots of magic this week but instead I’ve done so much clearing out. This is how it goes. Every time we feel the call to invite something (or someone) new into our life, we are being asked to let go. We are being called to surrender to this inner process and simply continue to let go and clear out until we feel spacious and open to receive again.
I used to fight these feelings and the current energy but now I just go with the flow. Sometimes I kick and fight back at first – as a reminder of the old ways – but I quickly realize how futile this is and then I let go. The easier we accept what is and allow ourselves to be carried by the current, the more life flows.
I am stretching and growing in so many ways and this week I’ve been blessed to connect with some of the most inspiring and wise women I know. These connections with women I admire have lit my heart up and made me even more committed to my purpose and path. Being surrounded by people who inspire and get me is such a powerful gift.
This week I also felt the intense longing to go back to Sweden and breathe in some of my home country’s smells and reconnect with the land. The longing was so deep and I could feel it in my belly. I chose to listen and within hours I had booked my plane ticket and found a place to stay (thank you, Malin!).
I can’t wait to travel – that magical space and time in between – and to meet so many of my soul sisters. I’ll be drinking so much coffee in big mugs and eating as many cinnamon buns as I possibly can. And most of all I’ll be letting go and breathing in all the gifts that Mama Earths is offering me from her wide open arms. Coming home. Again and again. What a blessing to be able to do this.
A few days ago I had such a beautiful conversation with the the magical writer and mentor Anna Lovind and I can’t wait to share this inspiring and soulful interview with her. Anna is such a wildly creative being and every time I read one of her articles or see one of her photos I can feel the powerful connection to Source that she translates so beautifully into words and images.
